Photos From Reading At LeGrand Coffee House In Woodbridge
WOODBRIDGE, NJ — Here are some photos from the book reading/dating advice workshop held last Sunday at LeGrand Coffee House in Woodbridge.
The book reading was done by Woodbridge native Brianna McCabe, a former Colonia High School cheerleader and now a published author.
McCabe is the author of "The Red Flags I’ve (Repeatedly) Ignored," which provides dating, career and life advice loosely based on her own experiences.
Comedian Tracy Morgan has praised her book: "This book is entertaining, witty, shocking and thought-provoking. I know Brianna is the real deal and wants to help others because there are as many lessons as there are laughs."
McCabe did a reading of her book last Sunday morning at Eric LeGrand's coffee house on Main Street. She and LeGrand are both Colonia High School grads — he played football and she was a cheerleader.
In his senior year at Colonia, LeGrand was ranked as the #21 top middle linebacker prospect in the country. Since he was left paralyzed after a devastating spinal cord injury while playing football for Rutgers University, LeGrand has become a worldwide source of inspiration. He is a motivational speaker and now own his own coffee shop in his hometown.
LeGrand and McCabe are now adults working to bring business and culture to Woodbridge.
In her book, McCabe shares intimate stories of how she navigates the dating world, all while eliminating potential boyfriends one red flag at a time. Here are some of her more than three dozen red flags: https://thebriannamccabe.com/n...
